How long will my order take?
Production takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time to your address. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
No — every piece is made to order, so all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we’ll replace or refund it. Just email us within 30 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Orders go into production right away and can’t be cancelled or changed once placed.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size chart on each product and compare it with a piece you already own. Sizes vary by style, and we can’t exchange for a different size.
How do custom orders work?
Order the Custom Design T-Shirt in your size, then email your artwork, photo, logo or message to manager@twinmgroup.com. We’ll send you a mockup to approve before anything is printed.
How do I care for my Twin M piece?
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and don’t iron directly on the print.
