All sales are final. Every Twin M item is printed on demand just for you, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed.

 

Damaged or misprinted items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at manager@twinmgroup.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Wrong size: Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. We cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

 

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will help resolve it.

 

Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
